Dr. Wish at what point is the market overbought and it might be a good idea to buy puts? Isn’t the T2108 indicator almost in the too red zone?
The GMI must give a sell signal for me to consider going short on a major index. T2108 can signal an extremely overbought market but it can stay overbought for a few weeks. A T2108 around 90%, which is rare, would prompt me to set close stops on all long positions. but an overbought market does not have to trigger a major decline–just a rest or consolidation is possible.
Be careful with DDD it has been serial acquirer and I have read articles about there accounting being suspect.
